How Fix null/invalid IMEI on an Android phone with Miracle Box (MediaTek)

Null IMEI or Invalid IMEI is the problem most Android phone users face after flashing or factory resetting their phones, in this tutorial I will show how to write IMEI on a Mediatek (MTK) Android phone with Miracle Box or How to fix null/invalid IMEI on a Mediatek (MTK) Android phone.

Note: the phone must have a valid baseband before writing IMEI. To fix unknown baseband flash the stock ROM or at least secro.img from the stock ROM and factory reset the phone.

Pre-requisites

• Install Mediatek VCOM USB Driver Win 7 | Win 8/10
• Download Miracle Box
• Winrar to Extract the Miracle Box
• Original USB cable

Steps to write IMEI or Fix Null/Invalid IMEI on a Mediatek (MTK) Android phone with Miracle Box

1. Open Miracle Box

2. Click on MTK tab > Service then Press the Ctrl + M on the keyboard to enable IMEI mode and select IMEI (Switched Off)

3. Select NEW(BT)

4. Input your phone's valid IMEI on IMEI1 for SIM 1 and IMEI2 for SIM2 and Click the Start Button

5. After clicking the start button Connect the phone with a USB cable

6. Writing IMEI successful
