How to Pay/Renew DStv / GOtv Subscription via Quickteller
Follow the below steps to pay or renew DStv / GOtv subscription using quickteller
- Open your browser and type or click this link https://quickteller.com
- By the top-right of your screen click the Login button (labeled as 1) if you have registered or the Signup button (labeled as 2) if you don't have an account.
- you will be taken to the login page as in the below image, input your username and password then click on login.
- You will be taken to the dashboard, on the left-side click on Pay Bills > Click Cable TV > Click DStv Subscription if you're paying for DStv otherwise click on GOtv or other cable tv service.

- DSTV Smart Card Number, Input it
- Option: Select the subscription plan example Access, Compact, and Family
- Amount: this will be generated according to your subscription plan.
Once you input all the requirements proceed by clicking the continue button.
- You will be taken to the payment section, where you will input your card details these include:
- Card Number: which is the 16 digits in front of your debit card
- Select Account Type: Savings, Current, or leave on note sure.
- Expiry date: just the month and year e.g. 12/19
- CVV: the three security digits at the back of your debit card.
- Once you have finished input the card details scroll down a little bit where you will be required to input your card 4 digit pin, you can do it by clicking on the numbers then click on the Pay button.
- You will be taken to the OTP (One-time password) page, you will receive an OTP in your email or on your phone number registered with your MasterCard, input the code, and click on Pay.
- If it is successful, you will get a success message with your receipt like it is shown below photo.
Wait for a few minutes then restart your decoder, if it is not activated after a few hours, follow this guide to reset/activate your decoder.
