How to activate DStv after payment via the DStv website.
Follow the below guidelines to activate via the DStv website- Open your browser and go to https://www.dstvafrica.com
- Click the login button on the top right of your screen
- Input your phone no on the first text filed and your smartcard no on the second text field and click LOGIN button
- You will be taken to your dashboard where you will see the package you're currently on and your subscription status. If you want to activate your DStv go the right pane and click on Fix under E30 error.
- The below window will pop then choose your smartcard.
- Click on Fix Now
- You will see a success message. If you have seen it just wait for few minutes or restart your decoder.
How to fix Service is Currently Scrambled.
Follow the same steps until when you reached to step 4 and choose Fix now on Service is currently scrambled the proceed to step 5 above.
How to fix Your smartcard is not switched on or activated, or the channel that you are trying to view may not be part of your package.

How to Reset or Activate DStv after subscription via SMS
To reset your DStv using the SMS method, follow the steps below:
- Send the message “RE DSTV decoder number” to 30333 or Send an SMS with the word RESET accompanied by your smartcard number to 30333.
- You will receive a confirmation message informing you that your request is being processed.
- Check after a while or restart your decoder.
